After having banked with a large, impersonal bank for many years, I made the switch to Nevada State Bank and am very happy. It's nice to visit a branch and have the people working there know who I am. They are friendly and willing to help and they do it with a smile. I feel confident that my money is safe and that they can help me learn about and purchase new products if I need to. Whenever I go through the drive-up window, it's the same person 99% of the time and she knows who my children are and always asks if they want a sucker. She generally whispers this so as not to start a ruckus if the answer is no. I appreciate the attention to detail and I enjoy visiting my "friends" at the bank on a daily basis.
