Started looking for a ServiceMagic Pro on Sunday evening, dd the online thing, and heard back via email from all three of the recommended companies that evening - all had excellent ratings. I had planned on calling them all on Monday morning when I got to work, but Eliminate'Em called the house @ 8:00 and arranged with my wife to come by that morning. By 9:30 they had been there, treated the hive, and left. Price was reasonable, they were courteous & efficient, and I have a guarantee in case the bees ever come back. This was my first ServiceMagic experience - I'll definitely use the service again.

We had a slight emergency. We have an apartment attached to the house and the previous tenants had left the place in a mess including mice & rats. We were rushing as fast as we could to finish the painting and repairs and only had 2 weeks before the next tenants were moving in. Another local pest control company couldn't come to see the apt for 3 days, we couldn't wait that long! Eliminate 'Em took my call immediately, set up a NEXT DAY appointment that included treatment! Within one week there were no more signs of mice or rats! OUTSTANDING service, SUPERIOR customer service & manners! VERY Reasonably priced! THANK YOU for saving the day!
