I have always been happy with the work that has been done by Jack. He is very honest, easy to work with and he dose quality work. I have had many pictures taken of my baby and family and they all were done on time to my satisfaction. Jack has a great eye, lots of patience and professionalism. Jack had made every picture tasteful. It has always been a great honor to have my family and friends compliment about how beautiful their pictures turned out. And for that, a MILLION THANKS goes out to him and his staff. You made us so happy.

Eating under the "tent" surrounded by beautiful plants made us feel like we were on a picnic. Brunch food was excellent and we ending up ordering lots of different things and sharing. But the best thing was the music. An absolute master guitarist played 4 different guitars and mixed up his originals with down home country blues. We didn't want to leave buy could see people lined up waiting for a table. We will be back.
Pros: Loved the cinnamin rolls
Cons: hard to park

My husband and I were just there this past Saturday... and we will definitely be coming back for more. The portions are enormous. I had the Gumbi and it was FANTASTIC (definitely big enough to share)! I wasn't too excited about their garlic bread (you have to order this as a side dish)... but the freshly baked bread they bring out w/your drinks and salads is very tasty & fresh.
Pros: Great food & service, good prices
Cons: The place is a bit small.. be prepared to wait a bit if you don't have a reservation

Those are the best, and I mean THE best around. Fast service, easy parking, well-prepared fish. Definitely more expensive than your local taco stand, but the food quality is well worth it.
Pros: Fish dishes, Service
Cons: Pricey for Mexican to-go.

Shiro restaurant is one of my favorite of all time. It's a storefront in South Pasadena, unassuming and modest - but the food, particularly the seafood, stands among the freshest and best-prepared in the world. Their charming hostess should provide paper and stamps when their signature catfish is served. You'll really want to write home about it!

Words can not explain this Pharmacy. A must see. We just moved to Pasadena and I really wanted to see what all the fuss was about regarding Fair Oaks Pharmacy. Besides the fact that they have been in a bunch of movies, sell the best gifts, have killer shakes and floats....The Doctor at this Pharmacy has been the best thing that my husband and I have discovered in Pasadena.
Overall, they are unique and the service is unbelievable. I just go there when I'm bored and/or need a smile....the best part is that I never wait long for my prescriptions...NO LINE! yeah!! =) -- Hillary Grace

Busters is part of the Bajadena Landscape. I have images etched in my mind of times in the not so distant past spent with cone or cup in hand waving at the engineer. Or crossing over mission as the last of the July 4th Parade heads down toward Garfield Park and me I grab something smooth and cold so that I may follow. It was such a hot July 4th upon arriving at Garfield Park there were more kids waiting to be dunkees than dunkers. Or sitting on the cushion seat in the window brewing a pot of Darjeeling, as the drops blop blop on the awning, then down on to the sidewalk, on to the gutter, flowing, rolling, going down the Arroyo, down to the Sea.
PROS: Great staff, great prices, great selection,great location, need I say more.
CONS: Closes way too early weekdays/end. Have to go to the source.

I was given a Fuji bike from my company as a service anniversary gift, but it was too small. I must have called around to six different places trying to find a dealer who would let me trade it in for a bigger bike. The story I kept getting was that since I hadn't bought the bike from them, it would goof up their inventory system.
Finally, I called Susan, who encouraged me to come in and talk to her. She was more than willing to work out a fair deal for me for a larger bike. She was very personable, and took the time to show me how the bike I bought works and to let me practice riding it behind the shop.
I hadn't ridden a bicycle in at least 20 years, so I was like a kid learning to ride all over again. But Susan was very kind, and more than willing to answer whatever questions I had.
Pros: Staff is very kind and helpful
Cons: Interior of store should have better lighting.

my friend and i went here for dinner one night. the service was fantastic. the hostess was very friendly. the food came out very fast and was super good. we were feeling like crepes so we got a chicken and cheese crepe. it was really really good. i loved it. then for dessert we got a strawberry crepe. it had whipped cream and fresh strawberries. we split both of these crepes and it was plenty of food. we were very full afterwards. i want to go back for breakfast now :)

Tokoro is one of the best sushi restaurants in this area, locals' favorite. They have delicious rolls, fresh fish, good prices, great service, fun environment...... what else can you ask for?
