Beifus Motors

I’ve had my car serviced there many times simply because it was the most convenient location for me, and the manager (Steve) really does seem to be a nice guy. However, the work that they performed was spotty at times. On a couple of occasions I discovered that an item that I had asked them to address was never fixed. I also discovered that during one costly repair some parts were not replaced, even though they should have been. Yes, I could have gone to MB and had the job done right and paid though the nose. However, I chose to play a game of chance. Sometimes it worked out other times it did not. Let's face it, a MB is a very expensive car to maintain, and there are really not many options in the area. So, in a sense they can play this spotty game. more

They do a horrible job and don't care about their customers....they make you pay for repairs they don't do and when the do fix a problem it doesn't last......I found a local shop and since then I've saved thousands in unnecessary repairs....Its strange how ever since I've stopped going to Beifus I've had no problems to date,,,,Hmmmmmmm more

Dont bring anything you value to this shop. They ripped me off more than one time {my fault for going back time and time again} but I trusted these people and they charged me thousands for repairs that were never fixed properly or at all..Im in the process of reporting them to the BBB.....I can't get back the money I lost but maybe I can prevent othes from going threw what I did. more

Very unprofessional and poor service.....If I wanted to get ripped off I would have went right to the merc dealership more

Service is excellent and the prices fair. Work is always completed when promised. Service manager, Steve, is a master diagnostician. Beifus has kept my '89 300SEL going for 260l miles and running strong. Office staff follows up in a few days to make sure you are completely satisfied. more

I was pleased with the work done by this body shop, which was recommended by the insurance company of the driver that hit my parked car. The work was done in a professional manner.It was also done on a timely basis and completed when promised.The body shop handled dealing with the insurance company. more
