Hawk Cleaners has done my dry cleaning for me, sewn coat buttons and hemmed pants just fine. I like walking by and seeing the lady's spectacles...

Hawk Cleaners has done my dry cleaning for me, sewn coat buttons and hemmed pants just fine. I like walking by and seeing the lady's spectacles sitting at the sewing machine by the window. Be forewarned that women's shirts cost over $4 to dry clean, way more than the men's. I wouldn't necessarily take a fancy job here but for basic cleaning and tailoring Hawk is fine. The people are friendly and the work isn't shipped out.

This business is irresponsible and untrustworthy! I brought a coat to them and they said they lost it, and when I asked the woman what happened to it she said, "I don't know, I think God took it". As their insurance company got involved they went on to claim it was stolen. When they couldn't prove this claim the story changed to them moving the coat to their other location BUT before they could return it to me...it was stolen. Over a year later I still do not have the coat or any compensation for it. I urge people to avoid these cleaners!
