I will be visiting this dealer Monday...I see 2 reviews that are very positive bu they only left 1 star thereby causing this dealers rating to go down? What is up with that?

I have been looking to a car for about 2 months and today I pulled the trigger! Wow, I don't know how they sell their cars for such good prices? I had the car checked by my mechanic and it was in really good condition so I'm happy. The two guys over there, Tom and Josh were really nice to buy from. I would like to recommend them to anyone who is considering buying a car from them. Rebecca

I just bought a car from Tom and Josh at Broadway Auto Sales in Medford or Somerville ? I think its on the town line. They were really cool and made my husband I and feel at ease about buying a car. We really got a great feel from them. They even offered to drive the car to our mechanic to have it checked out before we bought it. They seemed very eager to please. The car has been great so far and I have already recommended them to some friends.

It was so nice to go to a car dealership where there not up your you no what, to buy there car. The other dealerships I went to, the guys seem creepy and they follow you around like a shadow. Tom an Josh were great they let me take the car out on a test drive no problem, I looked at every option on the car. So after buying my Subaru I went back and brought my sister and she got a great deal on a Jetta. Its great when you can go at your own speed an know that there going to help in any way they can to make it an easy process. I recomend this dealership to my family and friends. - John V.

I have only good things to say about these guys. I had a couple of things that came up during my warranty period and Tom took care of them for me no problem at all. I definitely got an awesome deal and my car is in perfect condition. I would recommend them.

I just wanted to drop a quick note for Tom and Josh of Broadway Auto Sales in Somerville / Medord. I HATE buying cars, but I saw some of their adds on craigslist and came bye to see what they had. They are both very friendly and are definitely not the typical pushy salesmen. They made me feel very comfortable! They showed me some cars. I ended up falling in love with a Toyota Camry. I bought it and have been driving it for a couple of months now. Its great car! Thanks, Tom and Josh! Sincerely, Karen

A year ago, I bought a 1999 Passat here from the owner, Tom. He also convinced me to purchase a $1000 coverage policy for it. TWO DAYS later, it broke down. It ended up in Dan's Auto Repair Shop, which Tom had recommended. Two days after it came out of Dan's it broke down again. Long story short, for the ten months I owned it, the Passat ended up spending a total of 84 days in the shop (the purge regulator valve broke five times, and a tire blew out on the highway because the rear axle was irreparably damaged). I knew that I was legally covered by the Lemon Law, but Tom refused to buy back the car. I got a legal company involved (Kimmel and Silverman), but it would have taken me a year to get it to court. I wasn't going to drive that deathtrap for another day. I traded it in for a shiny new Honda. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I would give it negative stars if I could. Feel free to contact me if you would like any proof of my story. I have a huge pile of legal documents.
