I have used this dealer for 10 years after buying a new MB ML320 from them. My comments are related primarily to the service dept. They are as professional and courteous as you'll ever find in a dealership. My service advisor Enio has always been efficient, straightforward and helpful. As you might expect, MB dealer service is not always the cheapest but I've learned they are trustworthy and always do it right the first time. They also give you a ride when you drop your car off for service and the valet crew is also very pleasant to deal with. Added nice touch is that they vacuum and wash the car each time it is in for service. Again, don't expect a bargain but you do get your money's worth and a hasslefree experience.

Chambers Motorcars of Boston helped me to save a bunch of money on my Mercedes Benz C320 when I had it serviced there. I brought it in a little before the warranty would expire, and they carefully checked everything over and found some things that needed attention. When you bring it in for something simple and it ends up saving you over the long haul, there's no complaints to be made. The location of the dealership leaves a little to be desired. If you have to rush to pick up your car, it can be tight getting out of there and back on the highway between 5 ans 6pm. Other than that though, these guys are super helpful. Pros: Thoughtful and helpful service technicians Cons: Traffic in the area can be rough after close of business

I took my car to Herb Chambers to fix a couple of problems. they evaluated my car gave me a price. Then I gave them the ok and 2 days straight they called and said more things had to be done to fix it upping the price. They say they will call back never do and they take there time fixing the car.
