We have been their for lunch and dinner on a couple of occasions. The food is very tasty, particularly the calamari appetizer, and very fresh. The wait staff is nice and very helpful.
A few years ago, we had a family-style Thanksgiving dinner and that was great.
Prices tend on the high side but the food is well worth it.

I was looking for a carpentry company in Chicago for a home improvement. I needed work on doors in my home. Some needed to be cut down and some needed to be replaced and some didn't open and close right. Also, there was quite a bit of trim work that was also needed as it was old and most was not looking good anymore. In addition i needed several special storage problems that needed to be worked out in a creative manner. So it was a small remodeling project. I found Mitch who is a carpenter with Great Carpentry through another review here at Judy's book. It gave his web address. www.great-carpentry.com He showed up on time for the estimate and gave helpful ideas and the price was right so I hired him. His work was excellent and I am satisfied. I would use him again.

Did you ever watch the Drew Carey show? Well, then you know all about the abrasive and wild Mimi. I have actually seen women who look like this shopping here! I guess they didn't understand that you don't need to buy EVERY wonderful product Ulta sells and wear it all at the same time :) I love this chain of stores. You can always find something that you need, or many things that you don't need. The prices are good, and the sales clerks take the time to help you out. They sell name brand cosmetics, fragrances and personal grooming products for men and women. First rate all the way.

Chico's may not be for the 20-something set, but it's a great store for women of all other ages. They have a classic style, while still maintaining a trendy look. Best of all, no stigma of sizes (they use 1, 2, 3). They have a wonderful line of wrinkle-proof travel clothing (yes, in black) that I have worn so many times, it isn't even funny, and they still look great. They sell great jewelry and scarves, too. I have not been as satisfied with my online shopping experience with them. I always get much better customer service in person. I like this Old Orchard store a lot, but I have to tell you, I was on vacation in Miami, and stopped in because I needed another suitcase (ok, too much shopping, but that's another story) and ended up buying not only a travel bag, but three other pieces of clothing. If you don't know Chico's, you are missing out.

They do dine in and carry-out, American and Greek food. Their ribs are tasty and reasonably priced, for both full slab and half slab portions, as are their hamburgers. My wife likes their spinach pie and baclava. Each of us likes their gyros, which are fresh and with very large portions.
The prices are very reasonable and service is usally fast and helpful.
