The store is very well kept but the staff is unfriendly if you ask them to make a deal. Most good stores will either accept or decline an offer to throw in a plant or snails without being arrogant. Not here. The staff act like you owe them something to shop there. There are other stores that have similar if not larger selection that have a much friendlier demeanor and if you spend a lot they will be happy to throw something your way. Try Living Sea on Devon.

We came here to buy an aquarium and fish when we were first married. The people who worked there helped us pick out an aquarium and the right fish and amount of fish, and the proper accessories they needed to be happy.
We did a good job for a while, but a couple died and we replaced them here, too. We were very happy with the service.
