We went there for one of their monthly tastings. It was ridiculously busy. I highly recommend maybe going to that and then coming back another time. You need that to get the one on one attention you'll want when ordering your wedding cake. Their cakes are good. They aren't spectacular, but they are very good and the price is definitely right. They have lots of designs to choose form as well as combinations of cake and icing flavors. Very profesisonal business that's been around a long time - so they know what they are doing! PROS: Professional Place, Lots of choices! CONS: Extremely Crowded During MOnthly Tasting!

Creative Cakes in Silver Spring makes phenomenal cakes. They have tastings each month where you can have a free taste of their delicous cakes. I ordered one for my best friend's birthday and everyone at the party loved it! Their Butter-Rum cake is especailly good. Cakes are $25 and up. Recommended for their delicious cakes. They cater to all special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, etc.

Going to the cake tastings at Creative Cakes is so much fun. They have them once a month and although their VERY crowded, the cake is so good. We had them do our wedding cake and it was so easy. It was especially nice that they worked with our site-so once I picked the design and flavors (about 3 months in advanace), I did not have to deal with them again. All of our guests said it was delicious!!
