I Called Alimar Florist at about 03:35 p.m.yesterday. I needed flowers for a funeral on the same day before 05:00 p.m.I ordered 3 pieces of arrangements that i had chosen from there website. Flowers were delivered on time and the arrangements were the best i have ever seen. My family members at the funeral were so happy that i ordered from alimar florist and that they could do such beautiful arrangements at short notice.THANK YOU ROCHELLE I will recommend you to my family and friends.

This comic shop, nestled right in the outskirts of all the renovations happening in DTSS, is a little slice of what Fenton Street used to be. It doesn't draw the gentrified crowds that are migrating to Silver Spring these days, but a more devout group of comic-lovers. Any time of day that you come you will find avid comic book junkies in the aisles checking out the wares. The store is somewhat small, but they have a good selection of classics and the serials in the basement. (Just be careful about bringing kids down here; you might have to shield their eyes from graphic drawings every other comic.) Upstairs there are more kid-friendly comics, including Calvin and Hobbs books and various comic-related toys. Also, check local listings because this comic store participates in Free Comic Day every year!

I love bakers. They have a great selection of unique shoes. Their prices are a little high but the quality is really good. I have a pair of boots that have lasted a while. I definitely recommend Bakers to all the shoes lovers out there.

All items are well displayed, freshly ironed and offered at good prices. Mark downs occur after 60 days, with a sidewalk sale in March and mid-August. Shoppers always will find a 50 percent off sale area is in the back. Plenty of parking is available. They offer free gift wrapping and a wish list. Consignments are taken on a 90 day contract during shop hours. Commission is 50 percent of the item's selling price with a per item (non-clothing) cleaning charge. Consignors need to request payment or may use any balance as a store credit at any time.

Amazon does offer the same books at a lower price, but you don't get to look through the book before you buy it. If you are trying to choose between a couple of books, Border's is the place to go. It is almost certain they will have it and you can evaluate the different books to make your selection.
