If you have any interest in your car, never go there. This is one of the worst places i have been to, if not THE WORST. they have lot of divisions among them like Orange time, silver team, gold team etc etc. But, i think they compete for the worst service. I went there for a door hinge work. Not only they screwed up the entire door, they created dents and what not. When i opened the car door, after service, it jumped fell down. they guy had no clue. Never go here. PROS: Is there any? CONS: WORST worst service

I went in for a car wash and oil change. Having gone there for years, I can tell you the service has improved greatly. I didn't have to wait to meet with a customer service person. It was raining outside, so they recommended that I not wash my car today. They gave me a voucher to wash my car at a local gas station at any day of the week. The oil change was done in an hour. This was a lot better then before, where I was waiting for 2-3 hours. They have a free coffee machine in the waiting area. The waiting area could use more magazines and a television that is placed on something interesting. The service could be a little more faster, from one hour to 45 minutes. PROS: faster service, other options CONS: boring: more magazines
