When I needed help filing my tax return, this is where I went. I was pleased with the helpful and courteous service I received. The accountant even looked over my old returns and amended them for a small fee. It was more expensive than I expected, but I was happy with my return amount, so I guess it all worked out.

Parking is difficult in the Woodmoor Shopping Center, and without a drive thru, this bank is difficult to get to. The staff is friendly and waiting is minimal. There is an ATM inside the lobby, a convenience. I am very unhappy with Bank of America's website, and combine that with the difficulty in getting to this bank, the closest to my house, it is time for me to switch banks.
