Strosniders is a wonderful hardware store with a small-store neighborhood type of feel. They are always very helpful and seem to have all the items necessary when I am running to the store for some last minute home repair.

This store is bigger than most Targets in my area. The Woman's clothing department is big with lots of variety. Inside the store is a Pizza hut/ Taco bell which is out of this world. The $1 spot has nice items which are indeed worth more than $1 in value.

I think it was years ago when I first stumbled across them. I think it was a broken alternater belt or something of that sort that brought my little car in, and they were pretty efficient about it. Honestly, I haven't come across a repair shop in our area yet that doesn't overcharge to some degree.... with them, I thought it was reasonable but not a flat out great deal. I've used them since for flat tires, etc, mostly due to their great location, just a few hundred feet from the Georgia Ave S exit of the beltway, and I've never felt ripped off by them.
