Dr. Friedland has been my primary care physician for four years. The office is usually very busy but they make every attempt to get you on the schedule at a convenient time. Expect to wait when you get there. Dr. Friedland takes the time to listen to any concerns that you have. I have received referrals in a timely manner. Sometimes the front desk staff is a little rude, but overall I have no real complaints.

I like Doctor Glenn a lot; he's a nice, soft-spoken guy who is always really helpful when I go in. However, I don't particularly like the practice that he works in simply because it is very high-traffic. They have so many patients that when you go in it is usually a pretty quick visit where you only discuss the major facts at hand. There isn't really time to get to know your doctor at this place, or for him to really get to know you. That said, this is a good place because they are very willing to listen, even if it is only for a few minutes. It is always possible to get a last-minute appointment if you call the day of and are genuinely in need of a physician.

I really did not like M.O.S.T. when I used to go there. It just felt like there were too many patients and not enough physical therapists, which tends to be one of the most important times for guidance. When I went the PT would often show me how to do an exercise and then walk off without waiting around to make sure that I was doing it correctly and not further injuring myself. Also the PT who I had always just seemed to be in a pissy mood, not happy with her job or with helping people out. It makes it hard to believe that you are going to get back into tip-top shape when your therapist isn't encouraging. They do have a nice facility and I feel like maybe they were just better designed to work with patients who need a little less walk-through than I require.
