Buying my car here was a pleasure. They gave good advice, and did not pressure me to buy. They have a large selection, and I found exactly the car I was looking for. They even found some ways for me to save money that I didn't know about. The people working there were nice, and did not act like 'sleazy car salesman'. I would go back there for my second car.

I love the cashiers at this gas station. They're so polite and always offer to pump gas and wash windows, especially to women. It's really sweet, because it's this friendly twig of an old man. The mechanics are awesome, especially this young black dude named Michael. They're all cool though, including the older Hispanic dude. They're all super-cool.

Rockville Towing was a very pleasing company to work with. When I called them up the dispatchers were very friendly, and both the driver and dispatcher showed lots of customer service. I was already in a stressful situation because I locked my keys in my car. But when they came out and helped me I was no longer stressed.

For the Honda we trust the guys at Sport Honda's Service Center. Sure, they tell you you can use any repair shop for your regular maintenance, but there's a sense of confidence when you take your baby..errr, car...to someone who knows it inside and out. Easy to get in, always helpful and thorough, and they treat your car like it's their own!

Up until recently we took our van (now gone) to this place for repairs. They would charge a lot more than going to a local small shop. In the end, we opted to use the small shop because even the dealer couldn't get our van back to us same day.

This Jiffy Lube is better than other locations I have ever been to. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty. On several occasions they have given me advice on things that needed to be fixed without charging me. They have also told me when things didn't need to be fixed when the dealership told me that they did. If you're a person who knows very little about cars this is the place to come - they will not screw you over just to make a few extra bucks. Always quick to finish whatever job they are doing. Then again - it is Jiffy Lube so that isn't surprising.

I have dealt with these guys over and over with my mountaineer. They continue to make errors and do dumb stuff. While repairing something they break something located under the seat (where the original repair was) and then have the nerve to suggest it must have just been time for it to break. I was so furious that they had to keep my car for several days because they ordered a part and then discovered that the part only had 1 instead of two of whatever it was in the box. One time I had them change my rep because the other guy lied and avoided me. I'm done! I'm taking my car elsewhere now.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CRYSTAL FORD ON AUTOMOBILE DR IN SILVER SPRING!!! This is the worst dealership ever. The sales staff are rude and just trying to get paid. The service department is rude and will lie about what is actually wrong with your car. I've brought my car in for several services only the dealership will perform and have taken it elsewhere after only to find out that not only was the problem not fixed but more problems were found that could have only happened with the help of a little tampering, for example unscrewing connections so that the gas valve would accumulate dirt, etc...
