I like this place. Besides being easily accessible, it offers a nice, comforting atmosphere both inside and out. Plus, it's not so big that I need running shoes to get around in it. There usually are plenty of coupons available on items I need.
The customer service has been very good each time I've been here.
The shelves are well stocked, items are properly labeled, and there's great signage. It's well lit.
This place is a-ok in my books.

This is a good book store located in Kitsap Mall. It's a good escape from the noise and hubub of the mall. The downside of this store is that it is small and has a limited selection of books. If you're looking for a particular book, you may or may not find it here. But if you're just looking to browse, it's a good shop. Plus they do have a decent selection of magazines.

I don't know about you but I have several young women to buy for in my family and It is so hard to know what to get them! I have found that Victoria secret gift cards are perfect! Although I won't wear the clothes (just wouldn't look good on me now) there is a great selection and I have gotten hugs and thank you every Christmas!

I have waited 20 minutes in here without anyone helping me. I simply had a question about a cell phone. Once I was finally approached, my name was put on a list to wait for someone behind the counter. The person who put my name on the list couldn't answer any of my questions. He did, however, give me a brochure. There were already five people in line at each of the three lines. I left after another 10 minutes without ever being assisted.
I will not return to this store.
The shelves/walls were well stocked, items were properly priced, and the store was easy to maneuver in.
