This hotel has changed ownership 3 times in 4 years. Why? I don't know nor care. It is kind of ridiculous, actually. The location is nice waterfront property on the Dyes Inlet. Beautiful view. There is ample parking. This is a great place for meetings, trade shows, etc. The property is well landscaped. The interior is inviting with plenty of room to maneuver in. There is a heated pool and fitness center - amongst other amenities. Also, they are known for their 'fine dining' and offer a restaurant and lounge. I know their food to be good. OK rating since it seems to change names every time I turn around.
