Robert Punt is an exceptionally trained healer. The other reviewers have detailed some of that training so I will not go over it again. I went into his office using a cane. I have numerous problems that I had been told were due to MS and fibromyalgia. Mr. Punt's understanding of how the body works has me walking cane free, moving with much more freedom, and ready to be much more active than I had become. Because of this I am much more able to control my depression. As far as the office staff is concerned, I found them to be most helpful and very friendly. Maybe not always the most formal, more like family. I have nothing but respect for the entire organization.

I am a physical therapist who suffered with chronic neck and lower back symptoms following a car accident. I had tried various medications, physical therapists, and chiropractors with only moderate results.
Robert Punt helped to relieve my symptoms. His training is Dutch and is more comprehensive then my American training. He used some different tools and techniques which addressed my particular problems compared to previous therapists.
I rarely have flare ups now and when I do I have self management tools that Robert taught me. I have returned to many of my pre-accident hobbies such as travelling and hiking without pain.
Robert's staff is helpful and kind. They were able to schedule me around my work hours so I did not have to take time off to attend therapy. They did an insurance verfication for me and explained my benefits. My portion of the bill was sent promptly after my insurance paid, so I could pay my part without accumulating an accrued bill. I always have found his staff to be patient and respectful of me.
Pros: great therapy, beautiful office, easy parking, friendly staff

I have been a patient of Robert Punt for some four years. I first saw him on the rebound. My doctor had sent me to a standard physical therapy clinic for treatment of a hip problem. After about three weeks of treatment and home exercise my pain was worse, not better. I reported this to the doctor, who promptly sent me to Punt.
At my first appointment, Punt questioned me intently, checked a few things out, and said he could see why my pain had worsened with the prior treatment ? I had been mis-diagnosed. He explained he always does his own diagnosis, regardless of the doctor?s diagnosis. This is part of his training, most of which was in Holland, his native country. At the end of treatment, my condition was completely resolved. Since then, I have seen Punt for treatment of wrist and foot conditions, and am currently finishing a course of treatment for an injury.
I have recommended Punt to several friends, all of whom have been very pleased with their treatment. He helped one friend regain range of motion with a shoulder that had no cartilage left. And he helped improve the quality of life of another friend in the last few months of his life. It was wonderful to see him glow after his treatments.
Not only is Punt an extraordinary physiotherapist, he is a caring person who is sensitive to his patients? individual situations and gives of himself over and above what is expected or required.
The office staff has been very helpful in talking with my health insurance companies. They have gone out of their way to verify what the policies would cover and what my costs would be, to make sure there were no surprises.
In the tradition of ?form follows function,? the Punt Physiotherapy Center has just moved into a beautiful new clinic that Punt himself designed to enhance his treatment programs. You can feel the difference when you walk in. It will likely set a new standard for physical therapy clinics.
Pros: Excellent treatment, beautiful setting, friendly people

This outstanding physical therapist and his courteous and efficient staff provide care in a serene and relaxing, meticulously clean, comfortable environment. I appreciate his excellent training and skill. He restored my heath. Among other issues, I had great difficult y with my knees ,and had trouble walking. He was able to restore function so that I can walk properly and have not required more complex medical intervention. Treatment and retraining in learning how to walk properly has made a positive diffrence in my life, enabling me to continue to enjoy outdoor activities. As a senior citizen, the treatment took time. It was always a pleasure to deal with his staff, never a problem with promptness of treatments and no problem with insurance coverage.
Pros: outstanding physical therapy

Robert Punt is very good at what he does. The front office will lead you to believe that they are communicating with your insurance company and keeping you notified of any changes. What they don't tell you is that some of the codes they submit are not accepted by insurance or only have limited payouts. They will continue to serve you and change your therapy without notifying your of the cost involved. Then when the insurance will not pay, you receive a huge bill. Call your insurance every week while under this companies treatment. Never accept their verification of insurance coverage. Additude of the front office staff is poor to unacceptable for a service orientated firm. Cheryl Punt (office manager) is unyielding and firmset on collecting as much money as possible, no matter how the service is handled. Beware!
Pros: Good therapy
Cons: Very Poor office staff and insurance claim handling
