If you're thinking about renting at the Seven Stones (Spores) apartments in Silverdale - RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK!! I was forced back into apartment life briefly, and I have never experienced the hell that I did there. ConAm's (the people that manage these dumps) motto is "Circle of Excellence" - should be changed to more accurately reflect the way they treat their tenants. Management sucked, Customer Service sucked, the apartments are subadequate and not well maintained. I would caution anyone with allergies or breathing disorders to stay far away from this place. There's so much mold growing in the walls that my family woke up daily with headaches - plus we all felt like we had colds the last 3 months we lived there due to a flooding incident not properly addressed. I wish someone would have warned me before I signed on the dotted line... Don't be fooled by the model unit they show you or the "friendliness" of the office staff - that soon changes once they know they've got you (and your money).
Less
