This is a great store. One side is devoted to the latest in trendy jeans, t's and jackets for men and women. The other side is primarily evening dresses for women. They have an amazing selection of unusual styles that you will not find everywhere. Some of the lines are imported from France and Europe. The owner has a wonderful eye for buying unusual, tasteful items. The prices are on the higher side.

If you are looking for a present for someone out of the norm, then Aahs is the place.... They are classier then Spencers and have more of a variety. They go all out for the different Holidays. They have some of the best Halloween stuff that goes for half=price the day after. I have spend a pretty penny there. They have hysterical cards for all occassions, they have sections for each category, like a I Love Licy Section, Bean Babie Section, Adult Section, etc.... There also is a clearance store about 2 block down from them.... and they have another location in West L.A.
PROS: Great Stuff and reasonable - sales are GREAT

I do not know how fast this place came to be so popular... They are way overpriced, you are paying your good money on their clothes advertising their clothes,,, If you child is not skinny like a toothpick, then they will feel out of place in here... The sales staff once looked at me and a friend so funny, we were looking at a tshirt to get for a preaent off of the sales rack... My girlfriend measured it against her because we were looking for her daughter.... The sales person was rather rude, just staring at us, making us self-concious that we were not skinny, that we could never fit in their clothes even if we lost weight.. I don't know if she thought that my girlfriend was trying to see if she could squeeze into the tshirt and thought it amusing, but it was very rude...
PROS:
CONS: Made for the Toothpick sized person

I found so many outfits that work for my plus-size body. They have so much stuff that's unique and made me feel beautiful...nothing like the department store plus-size departments (where you get ignored anyway.) I got such fantastic service and personal attention...I'd go back again just to hang out and get fashion advice!
Pros: great service, fashion expertise, lots of choices
