This is a great little place where you can just walk in and get your hair cut without an appointment. The stylists at Hugo's are all very nice and friendly. You will not usually have a long wait (unless it's a Saturday) and the cuts fo not take long at all. Hugo has been in business it seems like forever and you still get the same great service that he has offered from the very beginning. Open 6 days a week. Great Prices. Closed on Sunday.

I have used Huntington Glass in the past and have found the service to be good. The owner will call you back promptly when you leave a message and the service tech did come out to my home when they said that they would. I have also recommended them to friends in the past and they also had no complaints. They can get extremely busy for some reason in the summer so you may have to wait a while for someone to come out to visit you for your glass and mirror needs. I would still use them in the future because they do a good job when all is said and done. A little pricey.

The Sports Center of Connecticut has absolutely everything you need for a full day of fun. Golf, mini-golf, batting cages, lazer tag, paddle boats, ice skating and hockey and much more. You can even rent out parts of the facility for events and parties. They also have sports shops, food, a Planet Fitness, and rehabilitation services right on site... what more could you ask for.

They have improved the quality of the salad bar at Shaw's. They now offer better looking and more varieties of lettuce, including baby spinach, spring mix and romaine. They usually have a better variety of salad dressings available now than they had in the past. They also make a pretty decent soup, and they offer three different varieties per day. My favorite is the chicken chili, be sure to check that out if you see it. The soups are quite expensive, but they are good quality, so to me that is worth it in a soup. The good thing about going to Shaws to pick up lunch is it is never very crowded, so you can get in and out of their fast.

This is a nice farm for purchasing your christmas tree..but we recently did a birthday party here and please save your money and don't bother. The staff is sooo inexperienced when it comes to this type of thing...basically they will point you in the direction of your picnic table..brind you some cold popcorn and juice boxes and say Have fun....not worth your time and it's almost embarassing when the guests arrive and they're probably thinking....why on earth did you pcik this place to have your party. Hayride is fun..but that's only 20 minutes long ..not to mention they drive your little ones through a path of scary looking cutouts ...so much for a wholesome theme...they don't offer you a animal petting zoo experience (which their website states) and you do not leave with an apple..again as their website states..you don't even see an apple. Just a really young group of unprofessional and inexeperienced people that claim to do birthday parties...get your tree here at Christmas but that's where your relationship with this place should end.

Amy is my stylist at Panache and I love here. I moved to Florida and fly back three times a year for her to do my color. Her cuts are contemporary and she always gives me just what I want with really little direction. Everyone like Lisa at the desk and the other stylists are so friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

This is a nice little church in a beautiful location of Huntington. Very family oriented where every one seems to know every body else. Parishoners seem welcoming enough but there seems to be a big turn around with the ministers. You get to know one then before you know it there is a new one! Two times for services on Sunday, one at 8:30, the other at 10:00. Sunday school for the younger children while their parents are in church which is a nice feature. Very small congregation. Hours are different for services in the summer so I would call ahead before attending.
