I recommend East Marion Cab Company more than any other taxi service in Shelby. They are reliable and prompt. For the most part, they are honest as well. I like the drivers a lot. They are nice and kind and if you have something that needs to go in the trunk, they will gladly help you. I feel I get the most for my money when going with this cab service. I don't feel as if I am being ripped off in any way. When I call, I am treated like a great customer. And, then when they bring me back home, I still feel wonderful. Keep this cab number in your pocket. You might need it sometime.

A + is the best by far, good cars good service, and the people, Freida, Russ, and Bob are so helpful and they know there business. Believe me I am a customer for life, And the great news is they also have a #2 store in Spindale, N.c.

First Travel of Shelby is located at 110 Grover Street in Shelby North Carolina. I have found it is best to call them and talk with them about any travel needs you may have. Many times your questions are answered over the phone, and all the arrangements can be done over the phone without your coming in. I have been impressed with them, and I have known some people who have used them and were pleased. They will even send you brochures and offer helpful tips and information. They have elusive deals you may not have heard of too. They can also give you an estimate of how much spending money you will need to take with you on almost any trip you choose.

Town House Motel is not a motel I would recommend. Although it is easy to find (it's located on Dixon Blvd on the other side of Sandy's Country Christmas and Aaron's Electronics), I feel this motel is downright nasty and really a bad place to stay. The price is affordable, but the cleanliness and clientiele there is well, to me, unacceptable. I even saw bugs and roaches, and I wasn't able to spend the night. Noise was everywhere, and I wasn't able to get a minute's worth of quietness. I left. I can't believe I went there in the first place. I had a problem at my house, and we didn't have water, so that's why I went there in the first place. Never again.

Keeter Ford Lincoln Mercury may have just the vehicle you are looking for. They have been in Shelby for like decades and decades, so obviously they know cars and how to get you to buy them. They have a great selection, great salesmen, and great prices. I like the fact they also have used as well as new cars. They also have great options for financing. They will work with you to get the car you want. I have actually brought several cars from them, and I have always been satisfied.

If you need to go somewhere and it's in a popular area, let Cleveland County Transit take you. It's nice to be able to go somewhere without spending a fortune. The last I checked it was a dollar each time you got on and off. It's a van you ride in and is very comfortable. The van runs on a regularly scheduled route and you can get a map from them. It's really a cheap alternative for travel in Shelby in today's society, especially with gas prices being so expensive. I have seen many people use this service since it started a few years ago.
