I no longer use Behavioral Wellness Center Of Shelby. The appointments are never on time. They have trouble keeping counselors there, especially psychiatrists. Behavioral Wellness Center Of Shelby could be a great place, but even the office staff seem clueless. I don't like to talk about this place much because doing so makes me livid. They change policies all the time, and they don't bother to inform the customers of the changes before coming for a visit. For example, the last time I went was enough for me. I had to pay more co-pay because evidently they won't take my insurance anymore. But they still took the insurance and made copies, but they don't seem to grasp the concept of explanation. I couldn't get an explanation. I won't be going back.
