Alexander Michael W Dr Optmtrst is the eye dr. for you. He's a great person, and he loves his job a lot. I went there because I needed an eye examination, and I was slightly disappointed. They charged me more than what they said they would on the phone. And, I asked Dr. Alexander questions, and he said he'd check but if he did, he never got back with me. By the end of the exam, I had forgotten about my questions. So I don't know if I will go back or not. But you might want to give him a try.

I no longer use Behavioral Wellness Center Of Shelby. The appointments are never on time. They have trouble keeping counselors there, especially psychiatrists. Behavioral Wellness Center Of Shelby could be a great place, but even the office staff seem clueless. I don't like to talk about this place much because doing so makes me livid. They change policies all the time, and they don't bother to inform the customers of the changes before coming for a visit. For example, the last time I went was enough for me. I had to pay more co-pay because evidently they won't take my insurance anymore. But they still took the insurance and made copies, but they don't seem to grasp the concept of explanation. I couldn't get an explanation. I won't be going back.

I no longer use Behavioral Wellness Center Of Shelby. The appointments are never on time. They have trouble keeping counselors there, especially psychiatrists. Prices are little high, but the location is convenient. Service is usually good as well. I think they offer a money-back guarantee I am not sure. But the photos usually turn out good.
This is located inside of the Eckerd's. I have known a lot of people who leave their film here. It is usually busy as well. All I can say is you might want to call and ask them if they have any specials and a money-back guarantee. That might convince you to try this business.
Parking is good, and location is ok!

Fredrick Levy practices at Carolina Ear Nose and Throat. I was not satisified with my visit there and I did not go back to him. I felt him to be condescending to me. The office has a website, and there is a lot of information there. The office has a clinic for hearing as well as voice. The office if located at 1180 Wyke Road beside the YMCA.
I have found the office staff to be semi-friendly. I got the feeling they were just going through the motions of being friendly. I liked the fact that office visits do not take long in which an appointment opens up if you need one. I am unfamiliar with other Ear Nose Throat in the area doctors so I can't compare him to them.

Carolina Ear Nose & Throat Associates has several locations in the surrounding areas of Shelby, North Carolina. This particular office is located on the other side of the road, beside the YMCA. The address of the office is 1180 Wyke Road.
The office is clean, neat, and the atmosphere is what one would expect in an doctor's office setting. Magazines always lack a lot to be desired. I have found the staff to be ok in friendliess. They could be a lot nicer and friendlier. They do have a website, and there is a lot of good information there. They have a voice clinic as well as audiologist available in their hearing clinic.

They didn't have record of an appt once. Staff is ok, but could be much better. I get the feeling that I am not wanted as a patient here, except with the drs. They--the doctors--make me feel good, but the other staff do not.
Parking and location simply are wonderful. There is a lot of parking. It's off to itself, but to me, that's a good thing. I know a lot of people who go here. The waiting room is small, and sometimes the wait is wuite long even if you have an appointment. But to me it's the best in the area or I would not go there. All you can do is try it for yourself and see. You might like what you see and you might like the office.

Cristina Hayes D PA-C is part of Dermatology Associates located on Wyke Road in Shelby. The location of the office is good, and the waiting room is adequate. The business is several years old, and the parking is adequate. However, I have found if you go to Cristina Hayes, you may or may not get good service. I have found she is good with patients, but she is only a physician's assistant. There is only one other doctor located there, and they both have pros and cons. If you are just going for a refill or something non-life-threatening, she may be able to help you. If you are not, find someone else. This is not to say she isn't good, but remember she is only a Physician's Assistant. Hope this review helps you.

Carillon Assisted Living is a great place for elderly adults who may need a little "assisting." Actually, most elderly people do, whether it's for housework, meals or general errands. That is what I recommend this place for. When a person applies, they will evaluate you. If the person has bad medical problems (read severe), then they won't accept you to live there. I go a lot to visit their residents. Most just don't have any children and if they do they didn't live with them or stopped visiting. Most of the residents just want to be with others their age. Some don't drive anymore, while some do. It's a nice place to visit and if the need arises, do check them out.
