This particular Winn DIxie has a problem with keeping the store up to date. What I mean is even after they clean it, the store looks and feels dirty. I have had problems with all frozen foods there, so I don't buy frozen foods there anymore. I also have had problems with their meat, so I don't buy meat there anymore. But everything else is ok, just watch expiration dates. UPDATE: This store has two weeks to close. Another Update as per another poster: The store has now officially closed. Sorry you weren't able to see this store, but you didn't miss anything.

Shelby Womens Care is a great place to go if you don't have a family doctor and need a annual physical. I'm sure it is good for women that do have a family doctor also but prefer to have the annual exam performed in an environment that cares for women daily. They offer mammograms and bone density studies in the same building making it extremely accessible for all your care.

Shelby Walk0in Medical Center is a quick and easy place to go for medical help, except that I do not like that at all. The office staff is rude, and I don't like going to the office. It makes me feel worse than I am. I am giving this place three stars because it's good to have, but I don't really recommend them if you have somewhere else to go. There have been many doctors who go there to practice, but end up leaving soon afterwards. One was even disciplined by the NC Review and had his license taken away! Look to other places to provide this type of care.

This pharmacy is moving to a new location. I wasn't impressed with them, although a lot of older people go there. Their store brands are cheap. The clerks have always been really nice. I wasn't impressed with the one pharmacist I dealt with at this Medicine Shop Pharmacy. I got the feeling he didn't want to answer my questions. I know sometimes people get tired, but still in a business such as this one, it is important to make the customer feel good. He or she can to another pharmacy ... easy .. and that is what I did. I may try it again when they move into their new location. They are located on Lafayette Street close to First Charter Bank and Advance Auto, on the opposite side of the road from them.

Fredrick Levy practices at Carolina Ear Nose and Throat. I was not satisified with my visit there and I did not go back to him. I felt him to be condescending to me. The office has a website, and there is a lot of information there. The office has a clinic for hearing as well as voice. The office if located at 1180 Wyke Road beside the YMCA.
I have found the office staff to be semi-friendly. I got the feeling they were just going through the motions of being friendly. I liked the fact that office visits do not take long in which an appointment opens up if you need one. I am unfamiliar with other Ear Nose Throat in the area doctors so I can't compare him to them.
