Cleco Primary Care Network is a nice place to go if you need an appointment the same day. It beats all the other competitors in this area. They operate on a sliding scale, and I like the way they make me feel as a patient. Even though they seem rushed, I feel they are there when I need them, and then some. They are nice and knowledgeable, and my last visit confirmed that. I have been going to them for a long time, and I recommend them. CLECO Primary Care Network has several locations in Shelby and surrounding areas. They are in great locations, and they have a lot of staff on duty. The doctors, nurses, and most other staff are friendly. You do not need an appointment to go there. However, it is recommended. But even if you do not have an appointment, you will be seen the same day you go. They cannot guarantee your wait time will not be a long one if you do not get an appointment. I have been impressed with them, and I go there when the need arises. They do refer you to specialists if that is what is needed.

Cleco was especially great for my family when we first moved to the area and needed to find a good primary care clinic. We were seen the same day we called for the appointment had a very short wait time in the waiting room and my care was great. My diagnosis was correct and my prescription lead to a resolution to my problem. We are continuing to use Cleco for our primary care to this day.
