First, many may disagree with me, but I feel most things connected with the City of Shelby, North Carolina, is run honestly and mostly efficiently. However, there are exceptions to everything. I don't feel that the aircraft charter is an exception to this, though. If you are interested in this service, you need to call them and see what they can do for you. You can also go by there. They are located at 830 College Avenue, and I am sure they will answer any questions you may have. You never know until you try. Since this service is elusive, I'll bet you will end up using it.
