I've been a long time customer & have been pleased until recently. Employees Daniel, Melissa, & Greg have always been top notch. Recently I've witnessed the store manager berating these employees. Frankly the store has gone down hill in past year since this manager has taken over. I'll be taking my families needs to petsmart!!!! more

Great customer service! 7/29/2005

We often times will buy our dog's food at Saluda River Pet Food & Supply Center in Seneca. The employees always help me to the car with the enormous bag of dog food. They are also very helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions about pet care. Also, We bought a large cedar dog house at Saluda River. It has held up nicely in all sorts of weather. We have been very pleased with the purchase. more
