Jim Wood has built a full service realty agency; however, I question his ethics. He helped us buy a house on a lake. We ended up paying more than the list price because he kept telling us other people were interested in it and he didn't know if we'd get it if we only bid the asking price. After buying our house, I kept watching the real estate news in our local paper and have noticed that it isn't uncommon for listings with his office to sell above the listing price - great for sellers - and I wonder how true his story was that he had other buyers interested in the house that we bought. Otherwise, we found Golden Key and the people working there satisfactory to work with.
