I just attended my first class yesterday, and as I sit here I am so sore! It was a great workout, probably due to the fact that I am a beginner and accidentally attended a level 2 class. Whoops. And even though I am not very flexible at all, the instructor was very patient with me. He must have been wondering, "What is she doing in THIS class?!". I laughed when I came home and looked at the schedule to read about the class I had just taken. I guess it pays to read the fine point, eh?
The studio offers mats, clothing and other yoga accessories. It's expensive, but they offer really nice stuff. I bought a two month membership, so I'll definitely be back (only in a class at my level next time!).

I was sent to Borracchini's Bakery to purchase a cake for work a few years ago. Was I pleasantly surprised when I saw a gigantic bakery counter full of the things I remembered from New York's Little Italy. They have all sorts of things from eclairs to creme puffs to cookies to cannoli to cake. Moving on from the sweets, it is also a great Italian deli. I bought a slice of refrigerated pizza from the sandwich case, took it home and heated it up and it was so good!

When I first started taking yoga classes, I looked at 8 Limbs because they offer several introductory series classes at convenient times. The instructor was very patient with us newbies, taking her time and showing us the correct positions in a gentle manner. The 4 week class was great exercise and a wonderful overview to yoga and how great it is for the body, mind, and spirit.

Due to the urging of two friends, I recently signed up for a pre-natal yoga class at Eight Limbs with the famous Anne Phyfe. The class itself is excellent- just strenuous enough with great stretching, learning better breathing is key and awareness of the baby is always emphasized. Anne Phyfe is AMAZING-she sends a ripple of calm through all of her students with her voice and soft touch and excellent instruction. The studios are clean and airy and the overall vibe is just plain sweet.
