I've been going to Les Amis for years now and have had great experiences. Beautiful and eclectic selection of clothes. I can find basics..tees, tanks, jeans..as well as a special occasion dress, new coat, or accessories. There can be an overwhelming amount of merchandise so if I'm looking for something special I tend to ask someone who works there what I'm looking for and they are always helpful. Great shop! I always leave with a crush on a few things.

Sometimes window shopping is all you can do. And this place is great for that. They have tons of awesome clothes, but like others have said, it is WAY too expensive. I go and get ideas and make the clothes myself. If you want something stylish and fancy and can save the dough, I recommend coming here at least to see.

I've been into the shop many times...always hoping my experience is different. There are so many beautiful pieces, truly nice things. But the women who work there are more concerned with chatting wtih each other than with making customers feel welcome. On my last visit I found a Velvet jacket I've been pining for. The 3 employees there didn't so much as say hello or ask how I was doing as I tried it on. The only time they spoke to me was when I pulled out my credit card. Had I been able to find this jacket elsewhere I would have walked out. I had to patronize establishments where the staff are rude and unhelpful.

Les Amis is a great place to browse. I love their clothing, but can't spend $500 on an outfit! They do have some good sales and I've bought a few pieces of jewelry there. If you are tired of the mall, stop in to Les Amis to see what else is out there. Although the clothing is beautiful, I've found the staff to sometimes be less than helpful. You definitely have to look like you can afford the clothes to get any help.

I love going into Les Amis even though most days I can only afford to browse. It's a unique boutique stocked with a smattering of the latest jeans, lines from Erica Tanov and other small designers. One of each piece of clothing is displayed, so you will have to summon the shop girl to get your size. Prices are expensive, but comparable for what you'd pay for the same thing somewhere else. Good selection of candles made by less-known names.

Les Amis, located in Fremont, has a great selection of the usual designers (Theory, Nanette Lepore,etc). The store also sells shoes, jewelry, and handbags. The store itself has a very nice interior and the clothing is well displayed. During the stores great sales in January and July/August the paucity of dressing rooms will disappoint you. This store is worth a look see for the best of each designers seasonal pieces.
