This was our first time purchasing replacement windows for our home. I was referred to Windows Doors and More by a friend. We went to their large showroom in Redmond. The salesman was very knowledgeable about windows found us a product that worked into our budget. We were initially shocked at the overall price. We took a couple other bids and they were relatively close. We chose Windows Doors and More. They came and installed the windows and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with our new windows.

Except we worked with the Redmond store. We had a good sized order to get 1/2 of our house done, all our budget would allow at this time. The windows came in and were installed in a timely manner. We also had a new slider patio door installed.
The cladding on the door was of different shades of the same color (it came that way from the factory and none of the installers or salesmen caught it before installing it) so we ended up having to wait for another door to be built. Weeks later, we got the new door and they came to swap it out with the first one. Except, this one had the same problem. We went through the process again, third time being a charm, and finally after another 6-8 weeks had a good looking door. No QC checks by Windows Doors and More when they get product in. Just load it in the truck and bring it to your house.
As for the windows, lots of them had crooked rails for the divided lites. These were fixed in a more prompt manner but still the company should have done some checking before bringing this crappy stuff out.
The company was very apologetic the whole time but those excuses wore thin as I was always having to call to check on the status of where my door was or when they'd be out to adjust the windows.
Don't think I'll be using them again.
Nice showroom though...

We ordered windows for a full house remodel with Windows Doors and More. It was a large order (20 + windows ) resulting in a reasonable amount of business for the company.
Overall Windows, Doors... More
We ordered windows for a full house remodel with Windows Doors and More. It was a large order (20 + windows ) resulting in a reasonable amount of business for the company.
Overall Windows, Doors and More seem honest and carry some high quality product ranges. However when they make mistakes, our experience is that they hide behind any fine print in their contract to leave the home owner / contractor to clean up the mess.
First all all of our windows were delivered (apart from some ordering mistakes) within the time frame specified and were, in most cases, of the quality expected (Lowen Windows).
The first issue is that when we ordered our windows we were shown the order to confirm and asked to sign it. When the windows arrived, three windows were not as specified verbally to the salesman. He claimed that we signed off on the order which sure enough contained an incorrect ordering code. Unless you are familiar with the ordering codes or get the salesman to walk you through the ordering codes to verify, you have no guarantee that what you will get corresponds with what you think you're ordering. Windows, Doors and More will not stand by your verbal order, only what is specified in the ordering codes. Ultimately we had to take the hit on $2000
of incorrect windows either changing our design or discarding them.
We were also double billed for some windows.Windows, Doors and More rectified this but only after several calls to their billing department, calls to our bank manager etc. I don't think there was any deliberate dishonesty here but overall the experience was not one we would recommend.
The windows themselves were of mixed quality (for a solid fir wood product) - hardware misaligned, thin facing strips used instead of solid strips on a key part of the window frame. It is hard to see these window frames lasting 2 years nevermind 20 unless we replace the strip.
Not the fault of Windows, Doors and More perhaps but we were sold the windows as wood windows. Manufacturer has responded much better than Windows, Doors and More.
