After reading the reviews on Judy's Book I called Paneless Window Cleaning. I've never had my windows cleaned before so I wouldn't know how they compare to others but I found them to be fast, reasonable and polite. They did a great job on our windows and cleaned all of the screens too.

Hello - We Googled Paneless Window Cleaning in the spring of 2005 when we were looking for a reliable, honest window cleaning business in the North Seattle area. Since then we have had two outstanding services from Paneless Window. Joe, our window cleaner, was efficient, professional, friendly, courteous, and extremely thorough both times he came (May and November 2005). Our windows sparkle inside and out and my husband and I commented to each other several times during the long very wet winter how relieved and thrilled we were to know that our gutters were clear and functioning perfectly. The estimate was easy to work out and the price was very reasonable. We look forward to our next service in May 2006. Thank you Paneless Window Cleaning!

Their window cleaners did a fantastic job, and even came back (at my convenience and at no charge) to touch up a window that I didn't think was "clean enough". When that happened, they didn't make me feel like a complaining customer, rather, I felt like Paneless appreciated the feedback, and really went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. The personal customer service I received was outstanding. They took time to address my questions and comments (and concerns), and made sure that I was completely happy. The staff is professional, courteous, timely and thorough! My windows are literally gleaming! I have PWC set in my calendar as a bi-annual service, and am happy to support their business!! It is indeed a pleasure to write a review for the Paneless Window Cleaning company. We want everyone in Seattle to know that this household is extremely happy with the results of the job performed by them and the expert handling of our windows, screens, and skylight. We didn't know what to expect when I made the call and reached Melinda Lucas and made an appointment for an estimate to clean our windows and screens. She met the appointment at the exact time, introduced herself and presented her business card. After a complete survey of the premises, the number of windows and screens and the skylight window she prepared an estimate. We were not only astonished by the estimate we couldn't believe that this much work could be done for the amount shown. In addition, we requested her husband, David do the job. When David appeared at our home, it was a delight to meet him and he assured us that he would provide his best efforts. That he did. Our windows are still clean and shiny after six months of rain and winds. There was no clean up for us on completion of his work. I can only say, we have made another appointment for glass cleaning in the spring and guess who it will be? PANELESS GLASS CLEANING. Great people, great prices and wonderful service.
