I had my brakes replaced here about 6 months ago. At the time the dealer quoted me $600. This place did the brakes for $150. They were by far the lowest price I had found. When they did the brakes they seemed professional and friendly and really seemed to know what they were doing.
About a month ago my brakes started making this loud screeching noise when ever I stepped on the brakes. So I am thinking oh oh shouldn't have gone for the cheap price. So I called them up and rather than trying to put me off the guy encouraged me to come in as soon as I could. One star. When I asked if I had to bring my receipt they said no we have the information. Two stars. When I got there they were still nice and got my car in with in a few minutes. Three stars. So I'm thinking ok now they will tell me why I have to pay for the brakes again or what I have to buy this time to make them stop making noise. So Allen asks me to come out to my car and shows me my brake pads and says the pads are defective they will replace them for free. FREE? So the did. Rour stars. No more noise and they work great. Five stars.
In this day and age it is not so common to have a company that stands behind their work or product especially one that is so low priced. I am really impressed with this company and will continue to tell all of my friends and even people I don't know by posting this on Judy's book. The sign of a really good company is how they handle things when things go wrong not when things go right.

My brakes started making a horrible noise. I took my car to the Les Schwab near my house. They seemed like nice guys but wanted $280 to do my brakes. Seemed like a lot to me so I said I'll let you know. My coworker recommended this place and I am glad he did. Long story short they did a great job and were extremely pleasant. The best part, $150! I saved $140!! And the car works great!

I took my car in for a flat tire (which they fixed for free even though I didn't buy them there) They asked me to look at my old tires because they said that they were worn out. I looked at them and it sure didn't take an expert to see that they were shot. They had several in my type to choose from for much less than I paid last time at Les Schwab a couple years ago so I said go ahead. (these tires are great, I never heard of Dayton tires before but they gave fantastic snow traction this winter).
A few minutes later the manager Brandon? asked me to take a look at my brakes. Sure enough they were worn out too. I was able to leave my car there and they had them fixed that afternoon at about half the price I paid at Les Schwab a few years back.
I don't know a lot about cars so I really appreciate it when a shop takes the time to show me what my car needs so I can make a knowledgeable decision. These guys were so open and obviously honest and really seem to like what they do. How they can do it for the prices they charge is beyond me but I sure do like it.
