Very nice people, take their time to listen to you, even if it took a while, wont cut you off, or scare you. I drove in during the snow storm on a Thu, my rear end was dragging all the way down to the ground, rubbing on the snow. i knew i had some sort of air suspension on my truck. this shop was the only one to help me out that day, they even had to go pick up the parts, since the dealer was not delivering with that much snow. I am very thankful to you dan, you made my day. They also noticed my fan clutch was not working properly, i knew something was wrong with the fan due to the noise it was making. sounded like a jet. But Seattle's best Community Automoitve shop had everything taken care of and sure saved me a lot of future problems. This shop was nice to me, they even gave me a ride home since it was way too slippery to walk and catcha bus. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I will be bringing in my other car for the 60000 service.
