Beware. Once they have your money, they don't know you. We spent thousands here redoing our kitchen, but small problems took months to solve (incompletely). Do yourself a favor, browse here, then buy online. There is no advantage to buying from them. Any warranty service is not through them. We thought delivery service would be worth it. It wasn't. Use them if you enjoy high prices and frustrating service.

My experience with Albert Lee was exactly as I was warned. They are happy to sell you appliances and collect your money, but once they get your money, they want nothing to do with you. They sent me damaged items and some of the items were wrong and not what I ordered. They would not return phone calls and when we did touch base they refused to take any returns or fix the damaged items despite them being still in the box. All I have to say here is - buyer beware. You better inspect your appliances throughly right away and deal with them immediately. Our salesman ordered the wrong item for us and then insisted that it was what I requested. They also would not take the item in return. I spent $25K there and let them know that I will never be back and my contractor also says that this is par for the course for them - he will never refer a client to them again. They understand this and dont care, which is a great example of how they value their customers.

I just bought a couple of appliances at Albert Lee. The selection is great and I found that it was very affordable despite the prices being marked higher than the Lowe's or Home Depot prices. Albert Lee's prices are clearly marked with how much is included (for example, the range prices include delivery, installation, and hauling away old range, which, after the $70 price increase over Lowe's for the same item, was actually cheaper because Lowe's charges more for all of those things). They also carry more In-Stock than the big box stores for delivery that same week instead of the 2-3 weeks that Lowe's needs for many items. I didn't see any prices that didn't include delivery, so make sure to factor that part of the price into your selection, because most of the stores charge at least $65 for delivery or $140 for delivery and installation. Another big plus is that it's a local, family-owned store. They also just opened an Alderwood Mall location that has easy parking if downtown is a pain.

Good selection. Not the best prices but good service and follow up. Purchased appliances for two kitchen remodels with Albert Lee over an 8 year period and never had a problem with them. We have also purchased appliances with other retailers around Seattle - both big box, and small retailer and would recommend Albert Lee over any of the others.

Big showroom and good help. Sales went way out of their way to expedite product for us. The sold us with info, not a pitch. We unloaded our wallets and were happy.
