I ducked into this store the other day to escape a vicious downpour - I was without an umbrella and didn't want to get soaked. This is a fun store to kill some time in. Everything is arranged and organized so that it's inviting and easy to find what you need. They carry lots of 'better' brands - Stila, Mac, etc. As others have said, they are very expensive and for that reason I didn't buy anything. But if I ever feel the need for a particular high-end make up or bath product, I will definitely get it here. The staff was friendly and I like that they encourage you to try their products.

Sephora is a make-up junkies heaven. The store features such great lines like Sheisido, Chanel, Smashbox as well as some teen-classics like Stila and Urban Decay. The makeup selection is impressive and I love how they organize the store by lines and even the sectioning within the lines makes all the makeup accessible and easy to see as opposed to over-crowded department store counters. The perfumes/colognes selection ranges from the sophisticated Burberry collection to the fruity, fun Escada line. Don't forget skincare/haircare! Sephora offers a great array of skin and hair lines (Murad rocks, in my opinion) that will keep you glowing. The staff are all very knowledgeable and willing to lend a hand when trying to get that eyeliner just right. Go in, get your makeup done (for free!), and play around for hours.

Sephora is a hayday for all of those of us who love perfume, makeup and skincare. They carry all the best lines (well, most of them anyway...) and I love the non-pressure sales environment. You're invited to try everything, and they make it easy and comforatble to do so. Sephora also offers makeup application for free, which is fun to take advantage of if you plan on buying a product or two. I personally wouldn't do it unless I had intentions of really buying something, since you are taking up someone's time. Their return policy is easy and no-fuss. I've used a product once or twice, hated it, and gotten no guff while returning it.

Sephora is a fantastic store for every kind of bath and body product you could imagine. They have so many brands and an enormous selection of all things makeup, fragrance, lotion, and shower products. Dior, Bliss, and Stila are just a few of the excellent brands they carry. This store is so much better than chain bath stores. A great way to while away the hours when you're in Downtown Seattle.
