Ron of Roof Doctors came out in a rush because of a complete fiasco caused by my real estate agent. Sparing those details, I was totally pleased that he gave me a great price and finished the work in a very tight timeframe. That said, the difference between Roof Doctors and the best (5-star) roofers, was that I had to have them out a few more times to repair some shoddy trimmings. Most significant was the flashing along the chimney, which would have totally destroyed my house if I hadn't noticed it. To Ron's credit, he sent a guy out immediately and the fix is completely solid. I have already recommended Roof Doctors to neighbors. Ron is really honest and he did a great job. The return trips were never met with a challenge from him, and he even patched a gutter that he wasn't part of the job.
