The owner came out after hours, in the snowstorm in his 4x4 to help us out. I had relatives in from out of town and our family Christmas party that night. We can't thank Paul enough for making an extra ordinary effort to help us out.

Loved them. We had a rather complicated leak in a water filtration system that is set up in a crawlspace area under my main floor. I had my general contractor, his plumber, and one other plumber look at this problem, all of them had recommended different fixes and the thing continued to have a sneaky intermittant leak that ruined the drywall in the ceiling of my basement. Mr. Stalwart was the first one to suggest putting a safety pan underneath the filters so further leaks would go outside. When I had a problem with the work they did the owner came over immediately to check on it. I appreciated the fast response.
