This store is nothing but annoyances. At first I thought it was just the management being incompetent, but now I know that EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE is an idiot. They have NO concept of customer service. When I purchased a service plan (knowing that their crappy product would fail), I brought in everything I needed to redeem on the service plan. They blankly told me that I had to call the number on the brochure to redeem it due to a policy change from a month ago. BUT I WAS RIGHT THERE!!!! It could have been finished RIGHT THEN AND THERE! Of course, when I rang up another (overpriced) purchase, they absent-mindedly asked me if I wanted to get the service plan. FUCK NO. Next, when I received the gift card from the service plan, I decided not to get any more crappy equipment from them and ordered batteries from their website instead. And since they offered free shipping for in-store pickup and I lived a few blocks away, I opted to pick it up. I used up EVERYTHING on the gift cards and paid the remaining $7 on my debit card. I received 2 confirmation emails saying that for debit/credit purchases, I would need ID and the credit card used. BUT for gift card purchases, I would only need ID. I walk in with everything I thought I needed to have and the DICKWADS at this store INSIST that I needed to bring the gift cards with me. BULLSHIT! Plus, I couldn't return the items since "the package had to be recognized as picked up first." Then they couldn't give me cash refund since I paid with a gift card (which I received due to returning an item I PAID FOR WITH CASH ORIGINALLY!!!).Basically, they're keeping my PAID merchandise/money hostage because they know NOTHING about the company policy. I literally screamed at the top of my lungs as I stormed out. There is no such thing as a quick purchase when it comes to this store. There is no such thing as quality when it comes to this store. There is no such thing as customer service when it comes to this store. There is no such thing as competence when it comes to this store. There is no such thing as value when it comes to this store. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I'm going to see what I can do to cut all financial ties to this god-forsaken store. No more fucking gift cards. Speaking of gift cards, I'll go back to pick up my order with the gift cards "fished" out of my trash/toilet/radioactive waste. Fuck all of them.
