I would have to agree with what most people say about the quality of South West airlines. I once heard a comedian say "Well, I just flew in and it was a horrible flight, I won't say what airlines I was on, but it was in the South West Region." That's how poor the quality of this airlines is. The only good part of it is that they really do offer some great rates and on top of them being really cheap, they also offer a lot of selection of them and most of them are refundable.
