After some searching, I have finally found a local, independent travel agency that is worth the service fees. I had tried using a travel agency in Fremont but had terrible service. Then I called Magnolia Travel & Cruise to plan my New Zealand vacation. I got Rachelle and she way wonderful. Having just been there she was full of ideas and suggestions. Their prices are fare and service outstanding.

I've been a customer of theirs for many years. I have never once been dissatisfied with their service. I am a very internet savvy person and could easily book all my travel on the internet, but you know what, these people are so friendly and GO THE EXTRA MILE I go through them whenever I travel anywhere in the world. In fact, more often than not, the rates they find for me are less than what I could find on the internet. Even if they aren't, I have the peace of mind knowing they are only a phone call away should anything go wrong during my trip. I know, because they have told me to call them should something happen and they have followed through with their word. I know the owner well enough to vouch for the fact if any customer was not satisfied with their service, they would go out of their way to see to it everything within their power was done to rectify the situation. I give these guys 5 stars!!!

These days it seems so many people book their trips on the Internet, and that travel agencies were a thing of the past. Was I pleasantly surprised with Magnolia Travel. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly, they make excellent suggestions and know their stuff. Their recommendations are dead on, and you would not get that kind of help from any of the travel sites. Plus, with the personalized service, they really get to know their customers and ensure that the holiday is one to remember.

I visited these guys for some help with my honeymoon. They preteneded to be helpful when I got there, but then kept ignoring me. They never returned phone calls or emails. They never got back to me. The information they gave me was incorrect and/or out dated. It was a very frustrating experience. It is safe to to say I will never go back there.
