I called in to ask for pricing. I told the agent specifically what day to leave and to arrive to H.K. The agent was not well prepared. She gave me random prices, then said "Let me turn on my computer and check again." afterward, I hear another ringing phone in the background she told me to hold in the middle of our conversation then returned and said " Any questions, I have another phone on the other line!" I was like Sh-T! I didn't even finished talking and put me on hold again twice! So I just hung up and looked for AA travel! AA is better and cheaper folks! I will not recommend this to anyone. Overall RUDE!

We got ticket for flying from Seattle to Beijing from Jade, and had the worst customer service experience ever. They have lots of issues -- They don't listen to what you are saying, and don't talk properly at all. Most of all, they are irresponsible. We got our daughter's visa through them. They said they will let us know as soon as the visa arrives. For several weeks, we didn't hear back from them. So, we called them again. They said "Oh, it's lying here, you can pick it up". When we went there, they made us stand for 15 min and then handed over the visa. No sorry, nothing. Forgot the service, they are even willing to humiliate their customers! I bought three tickets, but one of our fellow passengers had to stay back. I asked, "Can I cancel it ?" She said, "No." I asked, "Can use the third seat for our child ?" She said "No. If the plane is empty, use as many seats. Otherwise we only get two seats". Then she suddenly started laughing and telling the story to others in Chinese (I could hear it on phone!). After a while she said,"You must be an Indian. They are laughing at you!" I got quite upset, but just tried to reason with her logically,"I paid for three seats and if you cannot refund me, I would at least like to use those three seats. Does this look like a laughing matter to you ?" She said "I don't want to argue with you." And put down the phone! I later figured that this is the airline policy (and more a general airlines policy). But if that is the case, she can just explain to me in less than 50 words and 2-3 min. I don't know why she has to laugh at me, put down the phone on me, hint at my ethnicity, and keep me on hold for 10+ min. Frankly, they are a bunch of bozons!

i called this travel just now to pay my air ticket and she keep sayin "you can come and pay" "you can come and pay" over and over again!! man!! she even not bother to check my ticket whether the date is correct or not!! i called again to ask what is her business hour and what time the agent is close. she just said "six!" that's it!! eventually i went there after work and find out that they don't have my ticket there. i realize i book my ticket using asia travel and went to asia travel to pay the ticket. very different service there!! she even know some of my friend from seattle u i rate this agent 1/10 for their shitty service!!

I went to Jade for my round tickets to China last summer. I got my tickets for 780 dollar at the time I made the phone call and reserved it. It was a much cheaper price compare to any online booking and was the cheapest among the few traveling agents. However, when I went to pay for the tickets the next day, I was told that the price had gone up for 10 dollar. It was only 10 dollar. So I paid. While I was expecting my ticktes right away, I was told it took a few days for them to actually get the tickets. I called again a few days later and was told my tickets were ready. I went there only to find that they still needed to send someone over to another agency (my guess) to get the tickets. I waited there for at least half an hour before I finally got my tickets and left.

This travel agency has good price on tour packages (I purchased a Southern California travel package for my friends). However the staff seems to be rushing people off. If you just want a good deal on travel packages this is a good place to go. (I actually called up 10+ local agencies to check prices)
