Asian Pacific is great, they were patient with their client and provided excellent customer service to us. Although their price was slightly higher than other travel agents we called, we still ended up using them because they were willing to help us with our complicated travel plans. My husband and I planned a trip to Hong Kong, and when his friends found out about it, they wanted to join. Then the friends family found out hes going on this trip, and more people wanted to join. When the family decided to come along, the entire trip became complicated. From a simple round trip tickets transaction, it became a big fiasco because the family wanted to do a multi-city trip with different travel dates, citizenship/visa issues, and availability of seating. After a few days of sorting through our complication, Asian Pacific patiently went over each persons itinerary with us and confirmed our reservations. We were very impressed with their service because even I was frustrated with our friends travel plans, but Rosanna with Asian Pacific was very courteous throughout the transaction.
