My car is still under warranty, it broke down in front of my house. SAAB called this tow company to make arrangements to have my car picked up, initially they said it would be ab hour and a half. When they didn't show up, I called them and they said 40 more minutes. I was fine with that, then I had to call again and they said to put the key in the car and they would pick it up overnight and get it to the dealer first thing in the morning. It is 3 PM the next day and my car is still not at the dealership. this whole process started 24 hours ago. Go elsewhere.

stay away from mr judeh and all of his busniess. he took total advantage of me when i bought a car from him , did the in house finance like he said it would help me but all that did raise up the price $2000 more and keep the tax to him self. the car broke down on me . it ended up a blowing engine and he said he will not help me out with it and that i signed a as is paper that he talked me into it.also charged me $250 for a 11 mile tow and later on i called lincoln towing and they gave me a $125 estimate. not fair stay away as my family suffers with all are saving gone toward that car and now we have to start all over.
