I love these guys. I've had a couple of bad experiences with mechanics but these guys tell it like it is every time. If something doesn't need to be fixed they'll tell you so. I also go in there for my oil changes. They have reasonable prices and speedy service. They even fit me in on Saturday once last minute, even though I know they were already overbooked that day. I strongly recommend them for auto service and tires- they will always make it right.

I don't know why these guys think they can rip off their customers and stay in business. I brought my wifes Saturn here for a problem and got it back with 3 new problems and the original unfixed.. after bringing the car back they admitted to putting the spark plug wires in the wrong order and stated "even though we don't have to we won't charge you for putting them back in the right order"!!! What kind of crap is that? I did finally get honest service at another repair shop in the west seattle area.

I don't know why these guys think they can rip off their customers and stay in business. I brought my wifes Saturn here for a problem and got it back with 3 new problems and the original unfixed.. after bringing the car back they admitted to putting the spark plug wires in the wrong order and stated "even though we don't have to we won't charge you for putting them back in the right order"!!!
