I am a long time client of the Ballard Health Center. I originally went in for back pain from sitting infront of my computer all day. I could not believe what a difference regular massage has made. The staff if very professional and talented. They don't charge extra for using the whirlpool, hot stone, deep tissue etc. I highly recomend this center.

I have driven past this place for awhile, and when I dropped in for a massage appt. I was treated by Michele and let me say I had a great massage. Not only that but they also have a private whirlpool that I soaked in before for no extra charge. The facility is very nice and clean. They also have Yoga classes and skin care. I will definitely be coming back!

Ballard Health Center is next to KFC. That's wierd. Everything else about this sweet pyramid shaped place is simple, nurturing, and down-to-earth. When you walk in the door and feel the fire from the fireplace and see the smallish sitting/waiting room, you can see how nice it is to be a part of a real community that is focussed on health. People are friendly, appointments are usually easy to get (after work hours too!) and I've had wonderful massages there from relaxation to deep tissue to recover from an accident. The prices are reasonable ($65/hour). Anytime you get a massage treatment, you get a trip to the whirlpool and a shower to leave the rest of your day behind *before* you lay on the table!

Aron is the owner of Ballard Health Center and gives great massages. This rustic little building was owned by his father and Aron bought the business and the building several years ago. I started going to him years ago for back and shoulder problems. I had a prescription for massage and he was fabulous. I now go every other week to keep my back and shoulder from freezing up and boy, can I tell when I have missed an appointment. I am thankful every day for Aron's skill because he has helped reduce my stress and alleviate my pain. I am not sure about the other therapists at the clinic though, but only because Aron is the only one I have seen.
