Good: The price and the reliability. They always show up quickly. Most of the other taxi companies don't even come to my community because it is out of the way.. Bad: Left smart phone in taxi. Dispatcher argued I hadn't used this cab, but I got him by using redial. Everytime I called about it, I was told that no phones had been turned in. When I got a gps signal from the phone with the phone security software, showing it at this companies address, I called, and was told that no phones had been turned in.. Improvements: Customer service that would actually work with you in identifying the driver and cab I rode in and help recovering property. Not one line, we have no phones. I even paid the cab with credit card, and the guy says I didn't use his cab. Then why did the guy ask for me by name at my house and I called this cab company.. Other: All I want is my phone back. It's useless to someone else once I report it stolen and the IMEI number is blocked..
