I order (and paid a 50%) deposit on a gas fireplace 4/23/06. They said it would be here in 3 weeks, and guaranteed delivery by June 1st. Sure enough, June 1st came around and no fireplace, no phone call. They returned my call, and promised it would be here tomorrow. But, once again, they didn't have it here on the 2nd either. When I called again, they said it won't arrive until the following week. I'm still waiting. Don't listen to any of their guarantees, it doesn't mean anything.

I have only been to Hothouse once, but I loved it. It took a little while to get comfortable being nude, but it's definitely a place where it's easy to get comfortable. I loved being able to relax in the steam room, the hot tubs, and the sauna.
Hothouse is very clean and you are able to relax on your own without having to worry about speaking to other people very much.
This is absolutely the place to go when you're looking for a little peace, quiet and heat.

We bought a hot tub here 8 years ago and we continue to be happy with it. I wanted something wide enough to float in, not too many jets, quiet operation, and a bench style. Since then they've provided service twice -- once under warranty when the pump acted funny and they installed a replacement, and then 6 years later when the pump finally died, they replaced it. Service was within a couple days. They have a good selection of spa chemicals and supplies -- I recomment their heat saving blanket and the silver bullet. We're very happy.
